After waking up to a smattering of snow and waiting most of the day while sleet blew out of the sky, the real snow finally hit! It’s been beautiful all evening and the snow is finally beginning to accumulate. On my way home tonight my car became snowbound twice, each time I needed a push. It was then that I missed my old truck from high school, the IH Scout Traveler.
I finally arrived at home and realized that my snow troubles weren’t over. There was no way to pull into my parking lot without driving through enough snow to become snowbound again - this time without people around to help. So, I shoveled a path to my parking spot! After 45 minutes, I pulled into the lot without a problem. I look forward to seeing what the parking lot looks like in the morning.
