The last month has been frigid and I thought some pictures of Minnehaha Falls that were taken last August would be a nice reminder of warmth coming in the next several months.

Minnehaha Falls is frozen and while the temperature was well below zero, the sun was shining and the ice was beautiful. Next time I do this I think I’ll use crampons - and maybe a rope.

Minnehaha Falls is frozen and it’s beautiful. It was close to 30 degrees and the weather was perfect for a walk around the park. What a great winter this has been!
